jazz and percussion band really strike a cord at the heart of
Amador Valley. Their dedication and hard work are an inspiration to
us all. With Marching band's continuing 1st place standing in the
nation, they have dominated all of our competitors. In the
1995 Vancouver Hyack Festival, all three placed first second or third. Also, percussion
and jazz band have made impressive showings; in the 1999 San Juaquin
Jazz Festival we placed first and second. Music is the language of the heart and Amador
students make it
come alive.
